We currently ship nationwide across Pakistan.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Courier Partner

We use trusted courier services for order deliveries, primarily:

  • Leopard Courier

Courier partners may be updated from time to time based on service availability.

3. Order Processing Time

Once your order is confirmed, it is usually processed and prepared for dispatch within 24 hours.

Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or during high-demand periods may require additional processing time.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, most orders are delivered within 3 to 5 working days.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on:

Remote or less accessible areas may require additional time.

5. Shipping Charges

Our standard shipping fee is:

  • Rs. 199 per order

We may also offer:

  • Free Delivery on orders above Rs. 3,999

  • Free shipping during special promotions, campaigns, or limited-time offers

Any active shipping offer will be displayed on the website or promotional channels.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking/reference number will be available.

Customers may use the provided order/tracking number to check delivery status. Our support team can also assist with tracking updates.

7. Delivery Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing:

  • Availability to receive the parcel

Incorrect or incomplete details may cause delays, failed delivery attempts, or returned parcels.

the shipment may be returned to us by the courier.

In such cases, re-dispatch may require additional charges or reconfirmation.
