At Cutesy Cubs, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We aim to provide quality baby clothing and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

By placing an order on cutesycubs.pk, you agree to the terms mentioned in this policy.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept return or exchange requests within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With original tags/packaging (if applicable)

  • Free from stains, damage, or odor caused after delivery

2. Reasons for Return / Exchange

Returns or exchanges may be requested for the following reasons:

  • Wrong item received

  • Damaged item received

  • Defective stitching or manufacturing issue

  • Size issue

  • Product significantly different from order

  • Change of mind (subject to approval)

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale items

  • Discounted items

  • Used or worn items

  • Washed items

  • Items damaged after delivery by customer use

  • Products without original packaging (where applicable)

4. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges subject to stock availability.

  • Customer is responsible for exchange shipping charges.

  • If requested size or design is unavailable, an alternative may be offered.

  • Exchange process begins after receiving the original returned item.

5. Refund Policy

If a refund request is approved:

  • Refunds may be issued through Easypaisa, JazzCash, or another agreed method.

  • Original delivery/shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping and related charges may be deducted where applicable.

  • Refund processing may take up to 7 working days after approval and verification.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders:

  • Please ensure availability to receive your parcel.

  • If an order is refused or unclaimed repeatedly, future COD orders may be restricted.

7. How to Request a Return or Refund

To request a return, exchange, or refund, contact us with:

  • Full name

  • Reason for request

  • Clear photos (if item is damaged or wrong)
